With her lively “if you like this, then try this” approach Niki will spotlight a wide selection of easy-to-grow veggies like cucumber melons, ground cherries, edible gourds, and soybeans as well as delicious greens like magenta spreen, amaranth, and komatsuna. Be prepared to have your mind expanded and catch her contagious enthusiasm for experimentation and fun in the garden.
